[建議] 可以給我拉單槓10下以上的夢想嗎???
小弟目前172/70公斤 體脂15
很common的身材
只是關於拉單槓 最最最多拉三下(用甩的
請問我現在從很輕的練闊背肌的下拉輕重量開始
一組15下 60%強度 四組
一組12下 70%強度 四組
慢慢練 有可能嗎
真的好羨慕慢慢拉就上去的人

另外有一個問題
請問我胸肌 練到啥時算力竭呢??
舉80%強度的 無法降到最低再啟動
可是強度降了 約60%還可以做 不過頂多三組
可以告訴我力竭的標準(肌肥大)嗎??
比如舉到一半強力的無力感就慢降下槓鈴...之類的
因為如果要再繼續降重量繼續是可以 不過好像不算練肌肥大了
有請先進解惑了
