[討論] 練完腿之後...
不知道有沒有大大和我有相同的問題..
我練腿的動作是 squat-leg press-踢腿-蹬腿-開腿-合腿,重量大概都調10~15下左右
每個動作三~四組。做之前會吃個御飯糰或是巧克力之類的。
練完腿之後會很想睡覺...特別是在squat 和 leg press 之後,練完這兩個後,感覺我的
力氣都被用完了ˊˋ,之後想練二頭,結果整個沒有力,做完一個動作已經快虛脫了,想
繼續練其他部位根本練不下去,心理和生理因素都有。
有人會和我一樣嗎..還是我還太嫩了= =",今天有點挫折> <
大家能給我些建議嗎QQ" 還是應該把腿獨立一天練呢!?
