感謝許多版友的意見幫忙 至少在暑假有個方向可以去努力了
但是目前還是有幾個問題 希望各位不吝賜教
1.各位提到的伏地挺身是要每天都訓練嗎?(之前好像有看說要隔幾天做?)
2.用啞鈴做跟伏地挺身哪個比較好?
3.安素跟乳青是一樣的東西嗎?爬文提到說可以喝豆漿,平常喝豆漿有一樣的效果嗎?
4.打手槍會影響發胖嗎?
