[問題] 伏地挺身 仰臥起坐 跑步
請問我現在只有做伏地挺身每天100下 分十次做
仰臥起坐每天50下 分兩次做
跑步每三天一次
請問這樣做的話,有辦法半年後有明顯肌肉線條嗎?
拜託希望有人回答,因為很急。
