[問題] 臥推練到多重時才開始滿意胸
其實標題不知道怎麼下才好
一年前的自己會對現在有胸肌滿意
現在怎麼看都覺得只有薄薄一點點....
健身無止盡啊!
如前面JIMMY大提供的照鏡子自我鼓勵!
可是今天照到好多路過的人啊
嘎 嘎 嘎 嘎......健身房的鏡子好可怕啊XD

不過請原諒我把肥嘟嘟的肚子截掉 也請鞭小力點XD
練了約九個月 真正爬文比較稍有進步大約近半年
free weight臥推開始了約兩個月
熱身 10lb 20r
25lb 15R
35lb 第一組12RM 推兩組
45lb 大約只有4RM 拼兩組
跳回35lb做到剩4RM
這是本周紀錄 (重量為單邊重)
想請問稍微厚實的胸肌

我知道每個人先天不同 但總是有個常態的範圍在
比如有人45lb 12rm時達成 有人60lb 12rm時達成
想請教板上高手大概的range
大概到了尷尬期 蠻想知道還差幾個槓片....
