[問題] 訓練單手拉單槓
那是可以加強哪部份的肌肉?
二頭三頭 還是三角肌?
擔心啞鈴拿太多次會傷關節軟骨滑液囊的
而且背部有傷 想改以單槓訓練肌肉
如果練到單手拉
能加強到三角肌群(增厚)嗎?
