有幾項之前討論過的疑問或尚未在前天公布的消息 在這裡說明了
1.未來紅綠兩線都有區間車「北投-大安」及「台電大樓-松山」
疏運台北101/世貿站的人潮 應該是把部分紅線區間車的終點站
延伸至象山即可
2.新店線無法再縮班距的原因就是小碧潭支線
Q02:松山線通車後,捷運路網營運模式如何調整?能否繼續維持
「新店─淡水」的營運模式?
A02:松山線通車後,將回歸行政院核定之原始規劃路網,依路線
色分線獨立營運,即取消「新店-淡水」營運模式,調整為「新
店-松山」及「台電大樓-松山」營運模式,尖峰時段重疊區間
班距將可縮短到3分鐘,新店線區段將加開加班車,最密班距縮短
為約4至5分鐘。
Q03:為何不保留「新店─淡水」列車,以交替方式新店發車一班
往淡水、一班往松山?或是增開「台電大樓─松山」列車?
A03:
1.整體運能考量:
考量台北都會區旅次分佈、路網整體運能最大化、營運安全及中
斷營運風險等,松山線通車後將回歸行政院核定之原始規劃,依
路線色採「紅、綠線分線獨立營運」。
2.路線容量限制:
分線營運之後,紅線因有「淡水-象山」及「北投-大安」兩種營
運模式交錯運行,綠線亦有「新店-松山」及「台電大樓-松山」
兩種營運模式交錯運行,因此受限於路線容量,紅、綠線皆無法
再增設第3種營運模式。
Q08、為何新店線班距無法縮短至3分鐘以內?
A08:新店線南端之小碧潭支線,係利用大坪林站與七張站間之
袋型軌進行調度,並與主線列車共用七張站月台,因此該支線列
車進入七張站前,均須與主線列車保持適當的間距。因小碧潭支
線部分路段採單線雙向行駛,列車進出小碧潭站皆使用同一軌道,
其往返時間較長。受限於小碧潭支線列車進出七張站之行車調度,
新店線班距無法縮短至3分鐘以內。
Q14、為何「松山─台電大樓」區間車不能延長行駛至公館站或
景美站?
A14:考量營運調度安全及避免影響正線既有列車之行駛,必須
利用台電大樓站袋型軌調度區間車,而由於公館站或景美站後方
並無袋型軌可供儲放及調度列車,若該區間車再延長行駛至公館
站或景美站,則因區間車須逆向插車行駛至公館站月台,有安全
風險,且必須配合拉長原有之服務班距,反而會降低新店線現有
之服務水準,故目前不宜作此安排。
