感謝ichuang找到規則，只是這規格是今年才修改，還是已經執行多年?
若為一般傳一壘單純封殺的接球CASE，
一壘手接到傳球後把球HOLD在手套內停頓，以證明有掌握住球-------------這點無庸置疑
但水兵這兩次發生的PLAY，都是守備員接到球後立刻要傳球，
接球-欲持球-握球-傳球，這動作可說是一瞬間完成，
過往看球的經驗，透過轉播球評的解說，
封殺或接殺動作應該在"接球"這動作就已經完成，
其他視為第二動作，即使要傳球時漏球，出局仍然成立!
If the fielder has made the catch and drops the ball while in the act of
making a throw following the catch, the ball shall be adjudged to have been
caught
In establishing the validity of the catch, the fielder shall hold the ball
long enough to prove that he has complete control of the ball and that his
release of the ball is voluntary and intentional.
現在CATCH這規則，仍然是有第二動作的解釋，
但掌握球、控制球的部分，就目前幾個翻盤的CASE，
是否裁判就是擴大解釋到"接球-欲持球"甚至要求到"握球"的動作?
原文的推文提到球評解說很清楚，
但球評只是主場轉播去講解可能原因，也不代表官方真正解釋是如此，
才希望各位直接看影片相信自己的眼睛!
如果未來持續維持這樣的解釋，
棒球運動勢必會演變成更有利進攻方，
未來也會有更多莫名的"安打"出現
