從內容上來看，跟台灣一樣阿，實際上要「違規」還是要看有實際罰則的部份而不巧...你貼的 4&7條是在ROAD TRAFFIC RULES，不能拿來說人違法啦= = (台灣一樣有類似的rule定義超車行為阿) 這樣你能理解嘛? 而且看完你說的那幾條rule阿... https://i.imgur.com/mMl3X6M.png
