[問卦] 泡麵加蛋要啥時加才不會冒白色泡沫消失
如題
如果一開始還沒滾就加就會黏在鍋底
滾了之後加蛋白會散開 然後變很多白色泡沫還會噴出鍋外
如果在麵之後 加麵熟了蛋黃還沒熟
怎麼辦!
