我的問題:
這是比較偏激的飲食(少澱粉但有到基代1200),我大概只會持續一週,想突破停滯期。
一般會吃全麥饅頭跟糙米來補充澱粉類
之前兩年全無運動,也不知如何重訓
所以兩個月前就從參加運動中心的課程開始
想說總比沒動好
可是爬文後看起來好像是不夠的
我從69瘦到64之後就瘦不太下來了
但我希望體脂能到23
體重48左右
請問版友現在該怎麼做呢?
