[心得] 一年來的健身成果
小弟第一次 PO 文,如有不當之處,請手下留情。
一年前開始認真運動的機緣,是因為連續三年每到冬天腰椎就不舒服。
後來去看了醫生,照了 X 光和 CT,發現有腰椎間盤突出的問題。
經過幾個月的理療,和醫生的建議,開始決定好好運動。
家裡附近剛好有一個健身房,離家近,感覺比較能堅持,所以就辦了會員。
一開始自己先騎騎坐姿的自行車,畢竟腰不好。
晚上如果有團體操課,也會去上,不過女生比男生多就是了。
過了幾週,聽朋友說有個不錯的私人教練,也許可以給腰部肌肉做點復健的課程設計。
找了私人教練,果然肌肉不是假的,如果是女學員,我想應該會暈倒吧。
和教練聊了一會,聽從教練的建議,先做一些輕量的肌肉訓練。
量了一下基礎的體態:172 cm / 75 kg / 腰圍 34 吋
接下來就開始每隔一天固定去找教練報到,先用用啞鈴,器械,有時會用 TRX。
每天晚餐也開始不吃米飯,只吃蔬菜和雞胸肉,就這樣維持了一年。
每天早上都用能量體脂的體重計紀錄身體的變化。
截至發文,體重 68 kg / 腰圍 31 吋
最近二四六日固定去練劍道,當有氧來做,一年後,不知道會不會有什麼變化。
