[閒聊] 健身房的體脂測量傷(惹怒)到我 > <
話說前陣子被大家攻擊我的扁臀,所以激發了我練線條的想法~
昨天跟朋友參觀了兩家健身房,一家是小型算是個人工作室(我想有一對一教練)
另一家是連鎖大型健身房,業務直接請教練跟我說明並幫我測體脂肪,
問了一些基本資料,測量我上半身的體脂,得到的結果是 32.5%...(晴天霹靂)
看著牆壁上斗大的說明,這代表<<肥胖>>!!! 咳咳~當下我臉應該都綠了吧!!
哈哈~教練倒是面無表情,業務應該有看出我的驚嚇指度~~~
為什麼我這麼shock呢?因為...
身高:164
體重:49
BMI:18.2(BMI低於18.5者禁止發減肥文) 所以我發閒聊文
體脂率:不想相信的32.5% XD

當下大概覺得很丟臉 XD 本來很有自信的,被打入地獄之類的 哈哈
不過,記得去年體檢大概是26%左右吧!怎麼到健身房量變32% ??
(教練說因為只有量上半身,上次量應該是全身的體脂肪平均下來)
大概覺得自己從來沒胖過(一直以來體重在47~49徘徊) 朋友圈裡也算瘦子
卻被歸類在<<肥胖>>還真不爽,到底是健身房噱頭?還是我真的胖?

總之,在還沒確定哪間健身房前,自己會做的運動都很簡單,
現在想去上幾堂教練課程,學會操作機器跟一套菜單後自己練習。
1.快走30分鐘 (昨天教練說這沒用,我應該跑步40~60分鐘)
2.手臂空中畫圓前後各50
3.抬腿前後各60、左右各50
(想加入仰臥起坐從每天30下開始增加)
三餐內容:
早餐-煎蛋吐司or地瓜抓餅、豆漿or紅茶
午餐-簡餐or湯麵
晚餐-一般便當(吃2/3)
點心-對甜食無感,平常也不太愛吃東西,偶爾吃餅乾或蜜餞之類的

又來平反了,哈哈~ 女生真的很在意這件事!

剛吃飽量的,所以也會比較高一點(硬要這麼說~ XD )
最近開始去上有氧課程囉!基本上我對自己的瘦度很滿意 (不是要紙片人那種)
