我剛好沒事打個字好了,賣弄淺見,有問題請給鞭與提醒更正
減肥的人或是健身的人,通常的確需要放縱日的
這東西叫cheat meal,多少天一次看個人狀況
有在飲食控制的狀況之下,理論上脂肪會減少
而脂肪會減少,則相對的有個東西會水平會下降
也就是所謂的瘦體素(Leptin),這東西控制你的饑餓感
所以,當長期過度控制飲食而出現暴食症狀時
"我猜想"除了心裡的反彈因素,跟這東西也"應該"挺有關係的
而放縱日的執行,我想應該也不是蠻幹一通,亂吃一堆
我想它的意思是指讓體重適度的反彈,產生些瘦體素(Leptin)
減肥這東西應該還是看長期的,給他彈一下不會死
除非你有辦法像運動選手那樣燃燒自己
而這東西的執行重點,我想應該是:
1.瘦體素(Leptin)
2.滿足心靈
3.避免長時間讓身體習慣減脂機制,自我防衛
4.平常限制飲食,總有可能有營養素沒吃到,補充一下
報告完畢、淺見,告退。
補註:執行完請充足睡眠,否則重點 1 根本生不出來。
