[閒聊] 超瘦!想增重!

想增重到68
爬爬文大部份都出現去看"肌肉板"
但是...我只是想要不壯不瘦的勻稱身材而已
運動方面:
跑跑3K最快15分左右...
吃:
我曾經試過狂吃M的速食 午晚都賣香魚餐
早餐是一般早餐店之蛋餅配豆漿
這樣應該是很"胖子"的吃法啊
偶爾不同的話也會吃炒飯+布丁奶茶(超愛喝)
中間零食就是半條OREO
冰淇淋也常吃
生理狀況:
各種健康檢查沒什麼問題
懷疑自己有甲亢但是驗出來正常....
請問我該怎麼辦= =
