[減肥] 如何降低體脂並不快速增加肌肉

大家好 我是一個20歲 胖胖的男生
今天在學校量了一下 有點嚇人!!!
看到體脂率27%覺得異常的高 平常有在重訓還有小跑一點步 所以肌肉量維持在理想範圍 對體脂率卻不是很滿意 但又不太想練太大隻 所以請問有什麼好方法嗎 謝謝~
