[心得] 減肥利器
就是數字稱重器
自從買了後每天一有空就稱重
早上起來為標準
20天樣子瘦了7.5公斤了
父母也說我小了一號(還有很多號啦)
總之看到胖了就加大力度 自我減少進食
加大有氧提醒自己
當然輔以每晚高強度有氧(單車先高速連續蹬2500下 再單車虎臥撐500下 )
然後再玩會兒 等著看明早體重
如果經過運動後的體重等於當天早上體重 那差不多就減肥了0.2公斤左右
總之時時刻刻看到體重下掉真的很有動力誒
