[減肥] 身材走樣 腹肌掰了Q_Q

三餐內容:
早餐:香蕉1根 + 2份其他種類水果 + 無糖豆漿一杯 (750cc)
午餐:3~4種青菜 (共2~3個拳頭大) + 一點飯(半個拳頭大) 或 白厚片吐司一片
晚餐:7-11只有青菜的沙拉不加醬 + 無糖豆漿一杯 (750cc)
其他:對零食無法抗拒 >.< 餐間常偷吃一小片餅乾(50大卡) 或週末去吃冰淇淋...
日常作息時間:
7:00~7:30起床,
8:00~8:30吃早餐,
12:00~13:30午餐,
6:00~6:30 pm 晚餐
7:00 pm後 不進食
9:30~11:00 pm 運動 (每週3~4次)
00:00~1:00 am 睡覺
生活型態:上班族
健康狀況:超健康

慢跑40~60分鐘,心跳數約130~140左右,持續1年半

之前心情不好狂瘦到46kg, 花了3個月沒有節制的吃美食、炸物胖到51kg
驚覺事態嚴重,褲子穿不下惹!趕快節食(控制熱量)瘦回50kg
運動習慣一直都有,只是油吃太多結果就是體態變得太多
整個人都腫起來了 Q_Q
我的基代是 1269,因為有時候不容易控制自己吃的東西,我會算每天不吃超過
1000~1200大卡
但盡量維持均衡飲食。
減肥邁入第5天,但中間有破功一餐因爸媽餵食....(太邪惡了 大雞腿 肥草蝦 滿滿的
蟹黃螃蟹油飯...)
我知道我的數字看起來很好,但是形狀就是不好啊 Q_Q (看起來油膩膩)
好想念自己半年前的腹肌...
告訴我,健美的身材照這計畫可以回來吧?
