最近在減肥 但是沒瘦反而胖
想請問大家覺得問題出在哪
雖然我自己有想過一些點
但是還是想說跟大家討論一下
早餐 奶茶+半份蘿蔔糕+荷包蛋
午餐 半個便當
晚餐 先去跑步 大約 走5圈+1200m跑步
因為生活壓力大 排便不順
所以我會買2罐養樂多+一杯7-11中杯拿鐵
幾乎每天都這樣 我以前晚餐都吃正餐 看要滷味還鍋燒意麵
就想吃什麼買什麼 也沒跑步
結果我反而胖了 非常挫折
早餐喝奶茶我想可能是原因 但是一整天消耗應該還好阿
還是哪邊出問題了 謝謝大家
