[討論] 想要結實的身體一定要戒掉含糖飲料嗎?
原PO最近每天都會習慣性的跑步8公里
但每天照照鏡子,覺得身體還是蠻肉狀
雖然不至於胖,但離結實還差很遠,
我有一個習慣,一天會喝三杯微糖的茶類
不知道是不是因為這個的關係,導致肌肉的結實度有差
如果把含糖茶類戒類,然後持續的維持跑步的話
肌肉的緊實度會明顯改變嗎,謝謝。
