[討論] 關於運動後的飲食
在版上了解到運動後吃東西是好事,但是種類實在太多
我都是買7-11的御飯團+300cc的鮮奶,最近有點膩了
想請問運動之後有什麼澱粉類或是水果類吃了比較ok的
我都是五點多吃晚餐,然後七、八點去運動,運動完在吃
這樣會不好嗎? 請幫忙解答,謝謝!
