[討論] 慢跑後小腿感覺變粗?
之前意識到自己體脂很高,開始好好運動
161cm 47.8kg 體脂25.4!
大概是因為以前愛節食
我慢跑加快走(跑步機)五個多禮拜
每週四天,每次45分鐘~1小時,距離6~7公里
版上說慢跑是有氧運動不會讓小腿變粗,我也覺得有道理,就很放心的去跑,也都有收操拉筋. 一開始大腿和小腿前側都很痠,後來進步到完全不痠,輕鬆很多~
但是我最近發現小腿明顯變硬,墊腳出力有一塊肌肉凸出的感覺,站立的時候內側也比較凸出,看起來小腿比較粗壯>< 太不科學了!!
是因為跑步姿勢不對嗎?(我大腿不會抬很高,但基本上膝蓋也會微彎)
還是是因為脂肪還沒退去,同時肌肉發達起來,視覺上變壯呢?
該休息一陣子還是繼續跑啊?(我是想繼續跑,感覺基代有在提升)
唉,知道慢跑小腿會變粗是迷思,但怎麼感覺應驗了,懊惱……
