[討論] 含糖飲料糖的選擇?
想請問一下
如果想喝手搖杯飲料
可以選擇黑糖、焦糖、果糖、或是有的飲料店用蔗糖液
哪種糖比較容易囤積脂肪呢? 真的想喝的時候應該選擇哪種糖比較健康?
我有看了一下板上的討論
好像說果糖比較容易囤積但甜度高
這樣其他糖不就因為甜度較低要加更多?
請板友幫我解惑一下
