[閒聊] 剛剛運動完回家忍不住又吃了便當鹹酥雞..
嗨 大家好 我來討罵的.........
搜尋原po應該可以發現09年發過一篇減肥菜單文
事過兩年 體重屹立不搖
試過吃減肥診所(楊x & x氏)的藥 吃了連續兩個月就放棄了
一來太貴 二來我覺得身體好不舒服 超渴有時心跳還會加快
然後中間有一段時間就整個不理減肥.......
大吃特吃 消夜也無視持續吃
然後到上個月開始減肥意識才慢慢回來
直到今天為止已經持續四天在成大自強校區運動(快走)六圈約50分
然後剛剛 回家 我整個爆走
心情超down 想說為什麼要這樣 就往冰箱拿了便當吃
吃完依舊持續爆走 還去外面買了一百多塊鹹酥雞吃
到剛剛才吃得很撐滿足.. 現在鹹酥雞的空袋子躺在垃圾桶中笑我
我吃完很滿足但心情更down了 為什麼毅力那麼薄弱 哀
目前187/142 想在明年六月減到120
這....... 看著垃圾桶空便當盒跟空鹹酥雞袋子 突然好無力無奈
被人叫死胖子是應該的 咎由自取的 根本不能怪人
有人要給些溫暖嗎(拜託快點罵我吧 哀)
