[討論] 慢慢跑 時速4-5KM
想請問 如果慢慢跑,時速大約是4-5KM
就像"老師沒教的事" 裡面所教的速度那樣
心跳速率是 每10秒 21-22下 (我25歲)
目前我跑得時間大約是70分鐘左右
跑完小腿有點酸,每次酸的地方都不太一樣
有時候是脛骨,有時候是腳掌
可是回家休息一晚,隔天早上就又沒什麼酸痛感
也沒有什麼疲累感...
身上流的汗,也非常少。
想請教說,這樣的話跑起來,長期下來
減脂肪的效果是否值得期待? 因為手邊沒有量體脂肪的工具。
