[閒聊] 初學者游泳的訣竅?
也不能說自己會游泳,因為不敢到踩不到的地方游泳,且換氣換不順
換個一兩次就會想休息然後就真的站起來休息... 所以光是25M就站起來一兩次...
這樣斷斷續續打水前進/漂500M應該很難到運動的效果吧...
所以嚴格說起來應該只能說自己會打水前進....
每次花同樣時間去騎腳踏車汗流浹背後還比較有運動的感覺
所以就會越來越挫折越不想游,越來越難進步
原本以為是自己肺活量不夠所以無法一口氣到終點
但跑步,腳踏車連續一小時心跳到130都沒問題,所以應該不是體能差吧...
我到底該怎麼做才能在游泳方面有所進步/突破阿
因為偏偏每個醫師都說游泳是對矯正脊椎側彎最好的運動阿......
