[討論] 瘦肚子到底能不能做仰臥起坐
聽過兩種說法
一種是胖子要先把肥肉減掉
才能去做仰臥起坐
不然肚子會變大
原因: 肥肉會把肌肉包住 看起來肚子會變大
另一種說法
就是可以做仰臥起坐
我目前170 76 肚子有點大= ="
我到底能不能做仰臥起坐呢
還是先拼命跑步到70在做仰臥起坐壓
我想要硬硬的腹肌阿...
