然後他回我的信中說他也這樣認為。
有問題的是 "it once had for me"
請問這句應該要怎樣解讀
或是怎麼翻譯呢?

I can tell that you will survive this and come out much stronger than before!
這邊的with my great age
是說他比我老、是過來人的意思嗎?
