而深度保養有一條是之後一年內若有維修則可以9折優惠
我的5D3在上個禮拜剛好小搖桿有問題,需換背板
這個背板索價不斐要新台幣3800
結果,服務人員已經查出我3月就有作深度保養
卻完全不提有9折優惠
等到我付錢後幾天才發現有這條
打電話給佳能客服,結果佳能客服還把錯歸咎給我說是我不提供證明
它X的,你們都已經查到是今年三月有作過深度保養
9折優惠卻隻字不提,也沒當場跟我講要我拿證明
還把錯歸咎到消費者,這樣對嗎?
難怪第三季獲利降21%,服務水準反映在獲利水準上
這種服務態度,以後決不買任何Canon產品
而且我要呼籲大家拒買這家擠牙膏不長進把消費者吃死死的廠商
