[問題] 餓肚子瘦比較快嗎?
如題
因為很多減肥方法標榜不需要餓肚子
可是感覺沒餓到 就沒什麼減輕體重
例如 晚餐過後不吃 幾天後會明顯感覺到身體瘦了
可是如果低熱量食品 青菜吃很多
及時熱量沒破表 體重也穩如泰山
請問 版友們認為怎樣的方式比較好呢^^
