2Ferty: 若是傳統周年制算法,四月份你滿六個月有三天特休就如你所述03/29 16:52
3Ferty: 資方可以跟你協商請你不要休兩天特休但補你薪資(休假權在你)03/29 16:53

5Ferty:資遣費算法的確有誤,但不是誤在那0.5 (1/2)上,而是若工作12/23 01:50
6Ferty:年資未滿一個月,應以一個月計算,故你的資遣費算式應如下12/23 01:51
7Ferty:本薪x0.5x11/12(年資)←看起來是做了10個月多一些,以11月記12/23 01:53
