35FDWR: 接近無氧狀態了 大部分的胖子其實為了維持生活所以下肢力量06/23 11:19
36FDWR: 都比一般沒有訓練的瘦子強 但因為不常運動 身體活動度可能較06/23 11:20
37FDWR: 差 如果你剛好是這樣 上肢訓練搭配自重深蹲對短期你來說夠用06/23 11:21
