表示不是前文有提到 就是很重要的論述
你居然能把它丟著 自己翻 翻出不合邏輯 連你自己也看不懂的句子?
提示:是有關違憲審查的重要概念之一
請自己去查
第二 文中"充分論證"的對象並非公投案本身
第三 正當性跟本文完全沒有關係
法律用語上 正當性=legitimacy=合法性
如果你指的不是這個意思 就不要用出來
