[問題] 請問小火鍋店成本
家裡開了一間小火鍋店,最近在幫忙做帳,發現材料成本好高,大約佔了營業額的一半,不知各位先進都這樣嗎?該怎麼降低?另外想問問大家人事佔的成本都在多少呢?
