我說的不是正常應該睡覺的時間
比如說早上10:30
讀到一半很想睡
請問到底要怎麼克服這種感覺
因為我不想睡!
我知道睡很浪費時間
我朋友是說他會硬撐
大概撐10幾分鐘
睡意就消掉了
請問這是真的嗎
大家都怎麼做呢?如果不該睡覺的時間想睡覺的話
