近期也出現由建商提供不足額貸款的方案,最大張旗鼓的當屬興富發建設「1090」方案,
自備1成、貸款9成的優惠,如竹北市建案「興富發巨人」,最低自備55萬元,約9%自備款
,另11%由建商代墊,交屋時再分2年24期還款。專案副理朱逸暉認為,「此方案比工程零
付款還厲害」,吸引不少口袋錢不夠又想買房的自住客。
興富發等於是讓你貸款九成買房
八成是房貸 一成是他借你的
你只要自備款一成就好
不過他借你的那一成要兩年內還完
對應一般房貸可以開兩三年寬限期
根本擺明讓你拼兩年內轉手賣掉就對了阿
難怪興富發被認為是投客的好朋友XD
