本身也是做生意
爸媽傳下來的方法是用刀剖開小縫
然後基本上就能看清楚是否有沙
有沙就沖水,記得別剖錯邊把肉都割開
這樣的好處是臭的都能避開
臭的只要有一顆你整鍋湯都毀了,有經驗大概3秒1顆
也因為我們是用1斤120(大顆)才能這樣做
然後不要泡水冷藏這樣能保存約5天沒問題
