[問題] 滷包是要挑選現成?還是自己去配?
之前自己滷豬腳庫
都是用醬油.冰糖.味淋加上現成豬腳庫來滷
最近想試試滷其他的食物
像是雞腳.牛筋 或是爌肉類
不過市面上的滷包都配好專用了
不太能對每一樣菜調整比例
但是去中藥行配 會有品質疑慮或比較貴嗎?
想了解一下各位是如何配滷包/滷汁的
