[問題] 請問雞湯煮起來不甜怎麼救?
我把生雞腿洗淨,加入滾水中煮一下,倒掉熱水,加入冷水,
煮到滾加入香菇.米酒.鮮味炒手調味料
煮了大約15分鐘,熄火1小時,加入紅蘿蔔塊.玉米,薑,在拿去電鍋煮.
外鍋大約加了3杯水
煮好了味道還算可以,但沒有甜味
以前曾喝別人煮的雞湯會有自然的甜味
不知為何我煮的沒甜味
請問沒甜味的雞湯要怎麼救呢? 在加入什麼才會有自然的甜味
(不要加糖)

是今天在菜市場買的大雞腿,只有1支,加了一鍋的水.
鍋子是6人份的內鍋,沒加塩,因為手邊沒塩
前半段用瓦斯火滾,後半段用電鍋煮,因為有人要用瓦斯爐
用電鍋煮完後,湯有很多味道,有薑,有蘿蔔,但好像都分開,沒有融合在一起
也沒什麼甘甜味
