如題
人住外面
最近想喝味增湯
所以買了包工研味增(小包裝的那種)
丟了顆切丁洋蔥 + 一包豆腐+ 500cc的水下去電鍋蒸
可是煮起來的東西...全部都是味增的鹹味...
我直接拿洋蔥當湯底還有洋蔥的鮮甜味 比這個好多了
是味增湯一定要加海帶 柴魚或是骨頭熬
才不會這樣死鹹嗎
(因為平時晚上回去沒時間處理肉類或海帶 柴魚又略偏貴所以才想用平時習慣喝的洋蔥
當湯底)
我也想喝帶有鮮味的味增湯啊!!
請有經驗的人指教一下 謝謝了
