你要證據,那我們就來談比較公正的證據面。
以希爾斯(Hill's)和Costco(Kirkland Signature)兩者來進行比較好了,
他們兩者都是美國製造,
兩者都自發性的遵循美國AAFCO組織的飼料標示規定,
而AAFCO的飼料標示規定當中,
清楚的寫到「需要明確標示出每種原料是從哪個階段取得的」。
例如Costco裡的雞肉有兩種,Chicken和Chicken meal,
而Hills裡的雞肉則是Chicken By-Product Meal,
根據AAFCO的規定,我們將以上三種「雞肉」解讀如下:
Costco雞肉(1) Chicken: 正常我們會吃的那種雞肉,肉+皮+骨頭,不含內臟
Costco雞肉(2) Chicken Meal: 雞肉粉,是用雞肉做成的粉,不含內臟
希爾斯雞肉(1) Chick By-Product Meal: 肉類副產品,主要是內臟骨頭跟雞油
總之就是一隻雞除了肉以外的地方
親愛的原PO,我想問你一個問題,
有兩間餐廳,一間給你吃正常的雞肉,而且由於雞肉內含約70%的水分,
在烹煮後重量會大幅減少,為了讓你吃多一點蛋白質,還補了用雞肉做的粉進去;
另外一間餐廳專門用一隻雞除了肉以外的地方做東西給你吃,
你今天會選哪一間餐廳?
大餐廳的東西就是比較好吃,即使你根本沒有吃到雞「肉」,
你還是相信大餐廳對不對?
