為何不開放隧道內超車呢???
明明就有兩線道
遇到龜車
如果可以超車
就不會塞車了
不然每次進雪隧都像賭運氣
自己這道遇到龜車
就只能摸摸鼻子看隔壁車道咻咻咻
為何不直接開放超車???

: 塞車。此外,雪隧速限設計是九十公里,若再加上十公里寬限值,駕駛人可能開到一○二
: 或一○三公里才被開單,已超過雪隧設計速限。
: 李克聰說,雪隧問題是龜速車,有人怕危險開到比六十公里還低,就會影響車速。最好的
: 方式是將最低速限,從六十公里調高到七十公里,讓雪隧內車輛維持在八十公里的均勻車
: 速,若車速過低就開罰,才能既安全又有效率。
: 此外,從蘇澳、頭城各匝道上來的車,從多個車道匯入雪隧兩車道,比起提高速限、變換
: 車道,更該思考的是如何交通減量,提高大客車優先範圍、搭配車道規畫。
