我把本田官網上的CV Matic的Factbook看完了

我個人是覺得CV Matic的整體布局(Layout)是跟T-MAX差不多的,只是規模小很多
動力流程:
曲軸→CVT→溼式多板離合器→終轉齒輪→(鏈條、皮帶、齒輪...etc)→車輪
引擎概念我想就是要全自動但又不想因為Cub那15~17吋的大輪給消耗動力傳遞吧
(試想從曲軸出來經過cvt,10~12吋和15~17吋的輪胎,
皮帶長度而導致的動力流失誰比較多)

引擎結構也是結合速客達用的CVT和Cub的溼式離心式多板離合器

至於用溼式多板離合器的理由,本田的說法是增加耐用度
CV Matic最注重的地方就是散熱了,根據本田說法
新的cvt傳動(包涵前後普利及傳動室)設計可以增加冷卻風的散熱效率
冷卻風的入口和出口都在傳動蓋上方,
這是為了減少經過水灘時,水直接濺入傳動室而導致皮帶打滑
傳動室和曲軸箱之間有個冷卻油道,這也是抑制傳動室溫度上升的措施

至於這套系統能不能用在速客達上?
我想是可以的,不過CV Matic本體的前後距離比Scooter引擎還要長

(對照圖是跟Cub比較的,請看第二張Cub、Scooter、CV Matic引擎構造圖)
不太適合台灣滿街跑的Compact速客達,而且也會增加軸距(踏板沒有龍骨的情況下)
不過如果是RV車,像馬車...等有中央龍骨的RV車種,我是覺得蠻適合的
而且整顆引擎是固定的在車體上,搖臂只有傳動鏈條和車輪可以減輕避震的負擔
(RV車也蠻重的,整顆引擎跟著傳動搖對避震要求也蠻高的...)
如果說想要在台灣的Compact速客達上使用汽缸和傳動分離的設計,
我是覺得Silver Wing用的技術是比較適合的,而且也不佔空間

(Silver Wing汽缸和曲軸是固定在車體上,CVT傳動則是在搖臂上跟著搖的)
以上是我看了factbook後的理解及想法,如果有錯請不吝惜指教....
這CV Matic主要是在東南亞國家使用,我想對台灣車廠的衝擊也不小(尤其是三陽)
至於成效如何,得看本田的行銷手碗了
(本田的DCT Factbook我不想翻...看起來好複雜)
