[問題] 90公斤一年目標要變成范老師身材
我已經計劃好了,一年後要參加精英組
剛剛量了一下體脂計,體脂28,這不對啊,一定量成肌肉重了,唉…體脂計根本不能信阿
而且我目標要變成范老師,體脂10~12%,大腿要練成場地賽的超粗大腿,請問要怎麼練?
我已經計劃好了,一天要上訓練台3小時,而且變騎邊吃高澱粉高蛋白,還要一直喝黑松等
滲透運動飲料,而且要在冷氣房練,一定要練到狂噴汗為止,然後,睡覺前,用大滾輪把
肌肉推開,然後在睡9小時,隔天早上,在去游泳池泡蒸氣
我真覺得,我這種何金銀魔鬼訓練,大概不用輪車了,可能有機會變成獨推上凸台哦。,
