我也可以借題發問一下嘛?
排除 蛋打不夠發 或 攪拌不均勻 的因素,
(這些原因都已失敗過且調整過了)
是在烤了25分鐘左右時開始覺得表面出現皺紋,
接來來就是漸漸中心下陷,
出爐時表面就已經呈現 U 字型,
在烤箱內就已經內縮的話,
是否是爐溫的問題?
因為那台老烤箱...控溫不佳,
我有擺一個烤箱溫度計在裡面監控過程,
溫度會從150-190度中間游走 T_T
熱過頭時停止加溫,又會冷過頭...再加溫又熱過頭 Orz
這是還沒出爐前就內縮的原因嘛?
結論是要我換台新烤箱嗎.. XD
