[問題] 戚風蛋糕切開後有白色泡沫?
請問一下
我做了一個戚風蛋糕,
但切開後發現還有白色的泡沬分布在蛋糕四處
這是我沒拌勻?還是沒烤熟啊?
那這樣還要再繼續烤嗎?
p.s我不太會拌麵糊…
