Re: [問題] 麵包機做麵包---失敗 XD
今天的吐司看來註定是個失敗作品
105T買來一共做了5次
只有一次成功(當然有些我沒照說明自行嘗試)
今天的做法是材料都照說明只有鹽減半
然後先用30的烏龍麵選項做2次
第2次加入油
然後再用超軟吐司模式
其實在醒麵階級很明顯麵團是有薄膜
之後在發酵階段看起來也很漂亮
而且發到九成模了心想今天一定很成功
就在剛剛再去看我傻眼了
我的麵團斷筋而且可能只會有一半高度
到底是發生什麼事
記得白天搜尋有看到似乎發酵也是有二階段
最後一次發酵前會再攪拌
應該是這樣導致斷筋
所以有人會故意將模拿起來
可是我抓不到時間阿
總不可能我要站在一旁等吧
當初買麵包機也是貪圖不用花太多時間只要把材料丟進去就好
現在覺得倒不如回到之前花時間慢慢等每個階段
至少我不用常吃發糕吐司
只是同樣的機器每個人做也不一樣
有人隨便做都成功
而我老是失敗

: 然後有時候會加料, ex: 核桃, 桂圓, 採用自動進料.
: 另外還有一個問題.核桃往往都會留在最上方...何解?
