[問題] Carol的書和「西點。基礎的基礎」?
在版上看了大家推薦的書後,去書局大略翻了一下,
想請問相原一吉的「西點。基礎的基礎」「蛋糕。基礎的基礎」
這兩本書,大家是否會推薦呢 ?
這兩本跟「用科學的方式瞭解糕點的為什麼?」 雷同度高嗎 ?
我在書局大略翻時,感覺這兩本似乎也是解說了一堆為什麼、該怎麼做的方法,
但就不知是不是會與科學那本重覆性質太高了 ?
又Carol「烘培新手必備的第一本書」
大家不推薦的理由是因為
(1) 她自創手法太多,顯得不正統會誤導新手
(2) 步驟過於繁瑣,做起來很麻煩
(3) 其實失敗率頗高
這三個原因嗎 ?
