[閒聊] 蛋白質是致肥兇手已回收
根據小魯最近以多方資料的研究發現,蛋白質是致肥的元兇,依每個人的體重及活動量不
同,需要的蛋白質量也不同,以體重61kg的人來說,需要的蛋白質量是59g~110g,體重
越重需要的蛋白質也越多(食量變大),而多的蛋白質也會被變成脂肪,因為蛋白質變成
脂肪,身體會認為養分減少而感到餓,只好吃更多了。而且一餐外食(如火鍋)蛋白質就
超量了(貢丸,肉,湯,飯等),一個便當飯+肉+番薯粉就約26.1了。
如果說想減到45公斤,就吃45公斤需要的蛋白質應該是不錯吧!
其實只要蛋白質夠就會覺得飽了。大部分應該都只是硬吃的吧!
