[問題] 怎將調酒變成果凍??
<除了購買、詢問價格、詢問評價等的其他問題在用這個標題喔 >
<ex.請問紅酒開瓶的保存期限 or 那種伏特加不一定適合凍飲呢?...etc>
之前在國外的酒吧有吃過調酒果凍,還不錯吃
我想要自己試試看
我初步的構想是將調酒的所有東西Mix之後,最後加入吉利T加熱
但問題來了,酒精在高溫會揮發掉...
那我又想如果將吉利T先跟水混,最後再將調酒的東西混入,東西又會被稀釋掉
有人有類似的經驗嗎?
